DEMONSTRATION OF AN ASSESSMENT TEST
MAVIS has been used in educational
assessment, for example of reading age.
This is extremely difficult by normal
methods for non-communicating students
since they require long sessions,
individually supervised, and can lose
interest and concentration.
Using MAVIS the student proceeds at
his own pace, and can save work and
restart later. Results have usually
shown ability not revealed in the
conventional tests.
