MAVIS is designed to look like a shelf
full of named books all of which can
be retrieved using their titles. All
pages of the book (or file) have the
same format, title at the top with
page number and optional page name,
18 lines for the users creations and
a command line whjch can only be used
for talking to the system.

Color controls supported: 0x00-0x07 alpha colors, 0x10-0x17 graphics colors.
G1 mosaic decode: 0x20-0x3F and 0x60-0x7F rendered as true 2x3 blocks.
